Aron Belka

The Marietta Cobb Museum of Art is pleased to announce an exhibition of painted portraits by New Orleans artist, Aron Belka. In this exhibition, Represent: Depicting Creatives in the 504, Belka presents twenty cohesive oil portraits of artists who have shaped the growing contemporary art scene of New Orleans, Louisiana (AKA “The 504”). In Belka’s words, “These artists represent a moment of shared history. The process of painting these portraits gave me a special glimpse into our relationships and our journey as creative peers.”
